Personal & Business Law

We are experienced in handling a variety of areas of personal and business litigation and transactional work on a reasonable hourly basis. Our hourly billing rate is $180 for attorney work, and $90 for paralegal work.  We will gladly meet with you at your home, business or a local coffee shop, or over the telephone, to discuss your particular legal need.  The first 30 minutes of time are complimentary as we get to know each other and your legal need.

To start an eviction, please email or fax as many of the following documents as possible:

  1. eviction notice (3 day pay/vacate; 10 day comply/vacate; etc.) if you have served one;
  2. copy of lease agreement;
  3. copy of ledger/rent roll for that tenant;
  4. copy of eviction intake form
